Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Athlevo, operated by Athlevo Poweredby AfriEndorse (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or booking a session you agree to them.

1. The marketplace

Athlevo connects athletes with independent sports coaches. Coaches are not our employees; each coach is responsible for the services they provide, their qualifications and their conduct. We provide the technology, payment processing and dispute support.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your login secure.
• Athletes under 18 may only use bookings and messaging after a parent or guardian gives consent.
• We may suspend accounts that break these Terms, endanger others or attempt fraud.

3. Bookings and payments

• Prices are set by coaches. Athletes pay at checkout through our payment partners.
• Coaches pay a platform commission on each paid booking at the rate shown when the booking is made.
• Coach earnings are released after the session and the dispute window. Payouts are made to the coach’s verified bank account, less any payout fee.
• You agree not to arrange payment outside the platform for bookings made through it.

4. Cancellations, refunds and disputes

Each service displays a cancellation policy. Coach cancellations are refunded in full. Athletes may open a dispute within the published window after a session; we review evidence from both sides and our decision on refunds is final.

5. Content and reviews

You keep ownership of content you upload and grant us a licence to display it on the platform. Reviews must be honest and relate to a real, completed booking. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading.

6. Safeguarding

Coaches working with minors must act in the child’s best interests and follow applicable safeguarding law. Report concerns through the platform or our contact page.

7. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed per period and give the features listed on the pricing page. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the current period.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries or losses arising from coaching sessions, which are provided by coaches. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
